idling problem

Default idling problem

right ive got a problem with idling pulled the maf of car stalls so i assume thats ok?? done a ecu resrt no warnings coming up
i did have a vta dumpvalve which ive now replaced with a forge recirulating one bu0 thad the idle problem with both dumpvalves any ideas what could be im thinking lambda/o2 sensor or maybe idle control valve needs cleaning is this a easy job??

car seems to run fine apart from the poor idle

can i just add sems to get orse has the car warms up??
