Spluttering like crazy

Spluttering like crazy
Hi, Ive got a 2000 UK turbo which is pretty much standard. I fitted an induction kit to it about a year ago and that's about it. Its started to splutter when I'm at full throttle. Its fine and smooth until I put my foot down, it still accelerates but it jumps and splutters almost like I'm running out of fuel. I've had a recurring problem with the waste gate arm jumping off the turbo, the cir-clip keeps pinging off and I have to hook it back on.
There are no fault codes flashing and I run it on Shell V power.
Has anyone got any ideas what could be causing the stuttering under hard acceleration.
Thanks for any ideas.
Luke

mine is doing this intermitently when coming on boost!!!!
i noticed the AFR gauge reads 0.00mv at the time, i can back off, and give it a hard rev and it sorts itself out and will be fine for a few more days or such.
i`m taking out my fuel pump tomorrow to check inside the tank for debris or such, i also get no error codes, its been nagging me for months.
i have changed plugs, lambda sensors, HT leads, the whole lot, but i only noticed the fueling going to zero last week

i have a uk 2000 turbo aswell and i have this problem, only happens occasionally and seems to be after ive been driving on dualcarriageway and then slow down onto normal roads.
Had a big judder type thing on carriageway the other day, felt like the power of the car built up but didnt come through for a few seconds then BAM in a mile up the road before i know it!!!
first time its been that bad but i do also get what you guys have, so hopefully someone can point us it right direction.
Come to think of it, i have let my petrol get almost empty alot lately, and you saying bout debris may be my problem too, how to i clean it out? is it a hard job? cars being serviced friday so may get itdone then if its an easy job

i had put mine down to fuel surge TBH, but my car had never really suffered from it in the past, and after it doing it with 3/4 tank the other day on a motorway (yes i was outside lane over taking somebody??!!??) im taking my pump out to double check the pump is still in the right place, the chances of debris in there is small, but it does look like a fuel problem in my case.
my fuel pump is from an STI8 that had the PPP fitted so it never fitted my classic "plug and play" style, infact IIRC i had to do some ghetto mods to make it fit at the time
also had to cut and solder the plugs connections, so i will double check them.

z4 ecu
hi guys
just got a z4 ecu for my 240ps 93 import
open the case and found theres no extra chip 28 pin socket . is this normal?
ive got some numbers of the chips: a12-212-705,102 511100,m37791e4tj.thats the chip in the middle.
the small chip above it is:a12-212-801
the other chip to the left is:a19-257-025
its also got a sticker on the yellow socket 000-d17.
i have a u8 ecu in at the moment.
what fuel should i run the z4 ecu on ??and what gains would i have over the
u8 ecu?? if its a proper z4 ecu?
thanks help!
just making sure before i plug it in...

I've had a faulty boost solenoid before but this fault doesn't feel like that.
