Exclamation ecu swap

hi guys,
just wondering i own a 93 wrx import with the u8 ecu.
i know the z4 ecu is a good upgrade, but would a 6k ecu fit from a 96wrx sti v3? if it does what gains could i expect ?and would it run ok without damage to the engine? help me please

the 6k ecu is specifically designed 4 the sti and shouldnt b run on a wrx ( different engine internals ), u r right about the z4 though, should give 20ps more ( about 19.5hp ) over the earlier u8 ecu and should b the only 1 u consider.
