Question CEL on WRX

I fitted a Prodrive ecu, prodrive sport cat and de-cat centre pipe and am getting a problem when accelerating.
The car runs fine then sometimes under acceleration it will seem to cut-out / misfire and bring up the CEL. The fault resets but has done it a few times now.
Do I need a cel fix for the ehxaust o2 sensor, would that clear my problem ?

Cheers,
Kevin

Is it not your up-pipe sensing too hot ? I had my Up-pipe changed as well as the mods you list but had it made without an EGT. I get no cel problems. Personally I would have it re-mapped as if the ECU is the WRX PPP it is not expecting the Sports cat and if its an STi ECU you are missing bits.

agree you might be better of getting the car remapped, or at least checked with a code reader..
