tell me what i will miss out on not going motec
for any one not knowing my plans, it will be to run a 02wrx on a 2.5 aiming for 450 - 500 bhp
as usual with everything you have to know where to set the budget and currently mine does not stretch to an after market ecu
what will I be missing out on sticking with the my02 ecu, ecu tek, maf rather than moving to motec \ after market ECU
the car won't be ( he says now ) a track day car and more of a weekend toy
I ve seen things about the gems etc etc but I would be going motec if could afford it, not to bothered about cold starts etc etc as its a weekend car
as usual any info welcome
