Default Is it dangerous to run 3.7 bar fuel pressure through existing hosing on a 2002 STI?

I will be having to up the pressure on my 2002 STI running sti pink injectors from 3 bar to 3.7 bar to reach 400bhp if i buy an adjustable FPR.

Is this dangerous on existing hosing or rather that replace the regulator to get 400bhp on the standard injectors should i just buy 650cc sard or power enterprise injectors and keep my existing standard FPR and could it cope?
