exhaust dilemma
I've not had the car long, so the modifications done are a little unknown.
I thought it had a Magnex full decat with twin dump system.
Anyway bought a sports cat downpipe with open mouth from another member, only to find there is a sports cat installed in the centre section.
I would like to quieten the car a little if poss, so should I?
a: install the new downpipe cat and buy a resonated centre section
b: install both cats
c: just leave as it is, and resell the cat downpipe
the car has a power engineering remap, and they suggested option b, as a resonated centre may upset the remap.
but I thought I would ask here as someone would probably have some useful info.
any advice would be helpful
cheers

Alright mate, thats unlucky I only posted it on Saturday!
If it helps I will have a resonmated centre section for sale soon as it is coming off the car, you could probably get a good price for the centre cat.
Power engineering know more than me but I would have thought that having two cats would upset the map more than having a resonated center as the cats will slow the gases down more than the resonated centre!
I guess for noise having two cats would be quietest and then having a resonated centre and sportcat and the loudest would be to have one sportcat.
