Having my00 uk remaped next week with a td05 16g fitted. It has the usual mods with a sti v5/6 intercooler. How much boost can i run using 440 injectors, 1.3-1.4?

1.4 I think is a safe maximum from what I gather.

Im having MY00 remapped in 2 weeks, with a VF35 and a Apexi PC ecu, standard 440's. Im keeping the standard intercooler thou. I believe the Apexi can store different boost maps, say low boost 0.9 or switch to a high boost map of 1.3.

I think your injectors will struggle to run 1.4bar unless you fit a pump/reg and up the pressure.
I run 1.35bar on a VF28 and hit 97% IDC at standard pump pressure. The VF28 won't quite be shifting as much air as the TD05.

The intercooler will also be near the edge at these levels.

 

i have the same mods and car although a 2004 wrx intercooler... and mapped at 1.3 bar on a power fc
