Got cracked fog lights - seems this happens alot.

Got some 2nd hand lamps (with lugs broken off), no problem I thought, I'll simply swap the lenses.

Imagine my disgust when I found they glue the buggers in

Any thoughts apart from hack saw and araldite to move the lugs over ?!! )This doesn't seem like a nice solution, but it might be the only one)


BTW anyone who has lamps with broken lugs - just glue them - worked for my indicator. Epoxy holds planes together after all.

 

My advice to you would be to buy two new ones and get protectors for them.

 

Thanks Chad, but I'm a pikey and don't like dealer prices.

Couldn't afford an Impreza if I had to pay them, but I'm quite happy getting dirty hands to save a few quid.
