Default Oil pump

I'm rebuilding my engine due to big end failure, just wondering what is recommened oil pump. Car is 93 WRX EJ20, would you gor for standard or uprated pump??

Any of the modified subaru pumps.....I have the Roger Clarke pump fitted to mine.

what do ppl make of this pump? the others are modified to stop the valve sticking but dont have uprated flow.
JUN HIGH FLOW OIL PUMP

I seem to remember reading somewhere that the flow of the standard pump is fine, just the valve can stick, but don't take my word for it, do a search.
