J's Cut Out Raiser how do you fit
evening, i am thinking of buying one of these cut out raiser could someone explain what it actually does and how to fit it, cheers tony

Connects to the map sensor signal wire and interupts the signal at the ECU. It drops the voltage sent by the map sensor so the ECU thinks you are running less boost then you actually are.
Hence allows higher boost to be run via bleed valve/mbc or electronic boost control.
If you are increasing boost by more then 1-2psi you need to start thinking about adjusting the fueling, timing or both......beware !!!!!
