Don't know what width rims you have but the offset on my wheels is 53mm if you fit spacer you'll only make the offset smaller and push the wheel closer to your arch.
Thanks,
Paul.

Default wheels

i think they are 7.5inch width. also i thought offset was more to do with clearin the caliper. obviuosly there is an optimum offset so the caliper is cleared but u dont go to far out so u hit the arch or muck up handlin.

Post 11 on this topic give a good idea of what offset is https://www.scoobynet.com/wheels-tyr...bbing-frt.html
I think the offset on a New age to clear the Brembo calipers is about 47mm so you are not going to have clearance issues with the brakes but you could with the arches. If you put 6 mm spacer as well then you've got an offset of 36mm so you'll need wide arches for that.

hi the lower the offset the more the wheels are pushed to the outside i was running 7.5x18 with a 45 offset and 215x35x18 tyres with no probs on 95 classic
