Hi guys,

Quick question....I am trying to find the plate on my turbo to tell me which turbo it is. I have had a good look and can't find it anywhere. My car is a MY93 Classic Jap Import WRX Saloon. I have been told it is the TD05 but I think it is the TD04 as it cuts in at 2,500 RPM.
Any help would be appreciated.

You're not having much luck are you.
The problem is I don't think anyone can tell what the turbo is unless you take it off the car and even then you don't know if its been messed around with.

LOL.....not much mate!!!

The plate is visible whilst still on the car as a mate looked at it for me at Power Engineering.
I will carry on trying to find it but failing that I will take the damn thing off!!!

Hows the car running with the z4 (as that ecu is mapped for the td05)?
Can you take a photo of the plate (i know there isn't much space)?
I will try to get a photo of my mates turbo this evening to see if it helps you (i would do mine but i've got an IHI instead).
