prodrive ecu swap on MY03

Anybody know what is involved (keys,ignition,etc) anything need to be reflashed or just plug and go

immobiliser needs to be re-programed,the chip is built into the key,and a differant ecu will not recognise the new code,so dealer set up required ,ive been told by a ex subaru mechanic
