not as high as 1.5bar as the VF turbo will shed a blade or two but yes it can be enhanced by a remap with only the exhaust changed or totally standard if wanted, the fuel injectors will be maxxed out around 1.35bar though, whcih isn't too unsensible a limit on the VF turbo anyway.

I take it that running 1.3bar with a remap & just the exhaust would see me pass the 300bhp mark? Would I need a boost controller or would the boost be set as part of the remap in the ECU?
Thanks for your advice, I just need pointing in the right direction. I've had the car for about three months now & feel the urge for a bit more power.

yes boost can be controlled via the ecu.. only addition would be 3port boost solenoid to aid boost control.. altohugh the standard 2 port boost solenoid can be used..
300+ possible yes.
Ecutek or Apexi PowerFc being the cheapest priced routes..
