Default Removing the throttle body

How can i actually remove this from the car? do i have to remove the throttle cable? and if so.....how?

Throttle cable is just wrapped around the linkage with a lump held in a notch, then the TB is held on with 4 bolts into the manifold, oh and unless you've disconnectedit already there's the TB coolant lines to remove too.

Yes just hold the throttle wide open and it's very easy to unhook the throttle cable. Then unplug your throttle position sensor. There are 4 bolts that hold on the throttle body, obviously you should have taken the intercooler off first so you can get at the bolts properly. At the bottom there are also two water connections. Leave them on until you have the TB off, then lift it high up and undo the water pipes. There will be a little water in them but nothing you can't handle with an old rag.
