Default Pressure Sensor Solenoid

I've got code 45 on my ECU check. I have already cleaned it out a couple of weeks ago with brake cleaner, to no avail!

I have the chance of getting a hold of a multimeter. Does anybody know where I should check it and how to connect the multimeter? Is it contstant live and pulsed negative? Which wire is positive and which is negative?

Please help before I order a new one!

Thanks,

Nick
