Zero Sports Intake Pipe
Decided not to run an induction kit on my 04wrx,instead i'm thinking of fitting a Zero Sports Intake Pipe & performance panel filter. Is the zero intake pipe worth the £80 asking price? and will i gain any power ?

Don't know about the zero sports but I got a Samco from RCM ROGER CLARK MOTORSPORT TEL: 01455 828610 8.30-18.00 GMT
It hasn't made much difference, but I can hear the turbo more

sure ive read somewhere that they wer actualy worse than the standard one as i was looking to get one a while back......pretty sure it was posted on here so maybe a search might answer your question.... does look better but if it performs no better than the original id leave it.
performance panel filter is a good idea though.........

Well, have a look at it...does it look like £80 worth of pipe? No. It's just a question of whether you want to pay that much for it really. I'd rather have silicone there than a hard pipe. The panel filter will make a difference though, definitely worth doing. Just get a dry STi/Apexi filter, or a lightly oiled cotton one like Green/K&N. If you still want to spend £80 on your intake where it WILL make a difference, get a set of Samco boost hoses if you've got a WRX intercooler on the standard pipes.
