It may help with low compression for a very short period of time but for no compression your only real choice is to dismantle , repair & replace & of course identifying what caused the issue in the first instance .

That's basically a bodge which might keep it running for long enough to sell it LOL

I put some fancy oil treatment in my high mileage Scoob that was supposed to condition the seals and fix any compression issues. Instead, a couple of weeks later, my WRX threw a belt, which turned out to be where oil to the cam in one of the heads had clogged up, run dry and basically seized the cam. Which resulted in a full rebuild. Coincidence? Maybe. But I wouldn't put any oil treatments in my Scoob again, that's for sure.

Count yourself lucky you've found the problem and have the chance to fix it properly before your engine blows up or something. Dismantle and repair.

Establish why you have got a low comp. reading before pouring that gunge into the sump? It won't cure a poorly seating valve or a blown head gasket!
