Hiya, just did 500 miles yesterday in the car an it was fine to start with but after about 150miles started making a weird noise when i accelerate?

It's like a chattering or fluttering, and seems to be jerking the car a wee bit?

Sorry for the awful description, but anbody any clue where to start looking? Boost solenoid? DV? Its a '94 WRX btw, with a Green panel filter and another turbo fitted last week

was it a different turbo to the original one that you fitted or was it the same as the the one you took off?

 

nah it was another tdo5 mate. they said when they were setting it up that the solenoid was sticking but they sorted it. could something maybe not have been tightened and come off?
