hand brake light and battery light stay on?

hand brake light and battery light stay on?
both the lights stay on when the engine is running and the battery is charging to around 15v according to my secs monitor. All was ok until i installed a split charge relay but even if i remove the relay the lights say on? any ideas?

Usually thats a sign for the alternator on its way out. Its odd how your voltage seems ok.
Check the power leads on the alternator, I think its the 10mm nut that needs checking if its loose or the wiring. Mine was showing both lights
However I was getting a voltage drop?
