It depends what you want to adjust as well, Id have thought. A c-spanner will adjust the spring platforms but most of the difference will be seen after altering the bump and rebound settings (assuming that theyre available, but if theyre not, whats the point?).

mine has those 2 spacer things at the bottom of the srping with gaps about 1/2" or so in length.
the ride is so hard,they are wound up quite alot,so gonna unwind them to soften it up ever so slightly,gotta be better than it is until i cvan get some STI shocks/springs etc
