Hi, i have moved my home mode tmic water spray to my new fmic, but the water spray keeps dripping as the jets are lower than the water bottle.

Fit 2x one way valves (can be bought from Halfrauds) just before the spray Nozzles. This will stop the water from draining back down the hose also.

Make sure you fit them with the arrow facing the way of flow.

are these the ones for the window washer jets?, i have one of there is place all ready, but they stop the air comong into the pipe, but do not stop the water from dripping out.

think i need some type of valve that opens when the pump is working and closes when the punp is turned off, like some type of flap valve or something?

As the nozzles are lower than the bottle the one way valves wont work as that the way the water wants to go. Sound like you need a solenoid type valve that opens when it is powered at the same time as the pump. Not sure where to get one in the size you'll probably need though.

Another possible quick fix (if possible) is to re route the pipe so that it has a high point higher than the water bottle, then at least it will onlly be the bit of water in the pipe that will drip out and then stop.

this is true, but to much of a job, as the pump is in the standard water bottle

Going with your shower gel idea ... how about a suitable strength bulldog clip on the pipe which is then forced open slightly when the pump runs!?

The one way valves are the answer. They have some resistance even when flowing in the correct direction. Probably why Pickle suggests using two but I got away with one.

I did try another method of piercing very small holes in the rubber tube, blocking off the end and using that to spray the i/c. They were small enough so the water came out under pressure but did not leak, also had the added advantage of creating a very fine spray instead of a jet of water. It worked well in principal but was just too difficult to get them all the exact right size. If you're more patient than me though...

You tried a small kink in the hose? Worth a punt for the price of a rubber band.

Took mine off in the end btw. Didn't really need it with the fmic.

all sorted now, used 2 one way valves and that was enough to stop the drip, but still let the water spray do its wonders.

thanks for all your help peeps

Will/May still syphon even with having the high point. As the water drops from the high point, it causes a vacuum, will pull water from the tank.
