well i jus got my standard exhaust with a backbox replaced, with a a buddyclub race spec 3 exhaust with a decat downpipe. now since i have no cats in the system either will i need a remap ? also do i put the sensor from the original downpipe onto the new decated downpipe or will it not matter ?

Youll need refit the O2 sensor into the new DP to avoid an engine check light and running open-loop fuelling which will fail your mot.
also, - check your exhaust centre section...depending on MY, you may have a cat there. If so you might still pass your mot, even with the decat DP.
before remap look at intake improvements....big gains to be had there.

well theres no engine check light on so i'am guessin the garage fitted the o2 sensor, is tht situatated at the top bend on the oe downpipe ?

theres no cat on the car at all but i did keep the standard ones. guessin it would be a gd idea to get a high flow cat welded in ?

an am currently running a green performance panel filter.
