shiny fat tube - however, i got a few questions...

i've been reading that the STI7 is prone to boost spiking once a decat downpipe is fitted and that there is a fix using a bit of brass tube (boost controller restrictor ???). Does anyone know anything about this??


the CEL question... i understand that the ECU can be fooled into thinking that the EGT sensor (in the uppipe) is ok by fitting a 22kOhm resistor across the terminals, but what about the rear HEGO - anything cheap that can be done to stop the CEL coming on. I've been searching on the forums for answers and there are loads of references to 'the CEL fix' but none actually seem to say what it is...
