The part number you need is 81339058, apparently £77.19 from Subaru (no confirmation of that price however).

I got mine from Performance Subaru for about £80, but it seems to have disappeared from their site

I drive an MY00 wagon and got mine for about £80 from the dealer (Robinsons Rochdale), can't find the receipt for the part number though. The only other thing I had to buy was a security torx allen key to get the old MAF out

I think the part no. should be 22794AA010

The part number could be wrong, I just go it off Stefan Ostadal's site.
