can you fit a normal cd player in a sti 03 reg, the stereo in there is massive, can u get some sort of adapter to fit it coz its half the size?

 

The original is a double-DIN unit, you can put a single-DIN unit in there (like nearly all the ones on the UK market) and fill the other half with a Forester pocket. That's available from Subaru dealers, there are open ones and ones with a hinged door. For some strange reason I recall that the one with the door was much cheaper.

Alternatively put some extra dials or a PSi3 monitor in the other slot
