Default timing belt

hello all.

i'm having desperate trouble trying to find someone to do my timing belt.
main stealer wants over €2000 (!!!!!!) for timing belt and service for my legacy 2.5 4cam. they told an indie today that the parts alone are €900. (+2 days of labour obviously). i think there's a whole lot of hamming it up going on and taking advantage of subaru dealership's rarity over here.

maybe there's someone out there who can reccommend a subaru specialist in cork who can do something for me???

what does a timing belt usually cost for an impreza???

Try camskill you can get the parts cheap from them and they're OEM !
Cam belt about £50 instead of £120 from Subaru !
Hope this helps
