spark plugs

hi
can any one help need to change the plugs on my sti v3,I am going to use ngk plugs but which ones? is it the pfr7b or 6b, the car is standard apart from scooby sport back box

i was told to use pfr6b in my version 3 go to halfrauds and they are listed under a subaru legacy only cost you about £20,00 for four

If its an STi I would personally go for PFR7B's

thanks for that I had heard that it was PFR7B for the sti but you hear so many differant things its nice to get some more advice
