Rust on discs!!!
Can anyone help me. I have a brake set up consisting of 4 pot Brembo GT calipers with i think Brembo grooved discs(on when purchased). Now recently TSL fitted me some DS2500 pads to suit after checking out old pads to make sure right size/fitting etc. Done approx 1000 miles and a trackday and there is a noticable ring of rust around inner circle of disc where it seems pad is not making contact. So cannot be braking 100% Checked everything ok so far. Any ideas or has this been remedied before.

Are you saying the pad is physically not touching the disc at this part of the disc or that the pad is smaller in size and so not using the full disc width?
If the pad is not touching the disc it must be worn quite a lot at this point and the pads haven't bedded in to mate with the worn disc.
If the pads are smaller the only solution is getting the correct size pads ie the correct width as I assume the lenght must OK or they would rattle like a goodun in the calipers.
