Exclamation Advice Please!!!

Right i had to put some crap normal unleaded in my 94 WRX STI jdm last night just enough to get me to a decent petrol station, have now put a full tank on tescos 99 RON SUL in now but it's running very sh*t! When i'm hard on the boost it's stuttering and feels like it's hitting a wall! Is it now a case of running it gently to get rid of remaining crap fuel or do i need to do something more drastic?

Reset the ecu would be a start as its a simple job (tbh if you fill up on 95 best to keep off boost i've done that a few times and have never done it since.Always worth buying a bottle or 2 of octane booster just in case)

To Reset the ecu you just disconnect the battery correct?

disconnect it for a couple of hours then go for a drive (normal road speeds no need to redline the car but try to go onto a dual carriageway so you can do higher speeds)
do a search on here for saxonfield for an alternative way to reset your ecu

How hard did you drive it until you put the SUL in?
