Hi,

as per title

Exactly what is involved in connecting up an AVC-R to a Newage STI.

I've heard you need to hard wire into the ECU.
Anyone care to explain further whats needed ?

There is a wiring diagram with it mate, i fitted my last one and will be fitting my new one on my 400bhp 2002 STI so will let you know.

You do have to wire it into ecu by the way

Sounds like we have the same car then scoobboy and probably very similar spec.
