ECU LOCATION??

Hi again fella's
Wanted to know if anyone knows where the ECU is located on a '97 jap import Scooby.

Reason is, Im thinking of having a re-map after fitting a few more engine mods and want to know if i will have to fork out for a mapable ECU or if i already have one fitted??

Also, dont mean to sound stupid, but how will i know if i have a re-mapable ECU already fitted??

all scooby ecu's are located in the passenger footwell. pull back the carpet and undo the three nuts that hold the cover plate, and the ecu is behind it.
