Water in passenger footwell!?

Water in passenger footwell!?
Every time I park my MY95 Wagon facing uphill in the rain I get a steady drip onto the left hand side of the floor mat.
This is driving me nuts! Any suggestions before I rip out the dash?!
All seems OK at the base of the windscreen, and this does not happen when facing downhill.....
