Default WRX IMPORT Clock change?

Can the clocks in a imported wrx 93 be changed to a uk spec turbo? or is there another way to get the clock reading mph - like fitting coloured dials?
It already has the bit plugged into the rear to convert kpm reading into mph.

Just a thought
