tsl grp n tailpipe slopping down

hi i have just purchased a tsl grp n backbox when i have fitted it the tailpipe is slopping down towards the ground when you look from the side and back of the car has any body else noticed this . i don't know if this is how it is meant to be or wether i have got a bad one thanks
