Default Octane Booster

I have a mildly modded V7 jdm sti , I allways put V power in it , Should I need OB , ??????

Not unless its mapped for it Alan.

You may find benefit from OB+remap, but then you would need to run the OB all the time.

yes its mapped for it , But haveing it tweeked soon, so is it better for the car with out it ????

It raises the octane rating level slightly which is always a good thing, but I would of thought it would be better to have the car mapped on v power only and if you have a bad tank of fuel, or really hot weather or both, the OB then can help protect the car, giving a safety margin, imho.
