Default Clutch slipping

I had a stage 1 organic clutch fitted just over 12 months ago with new thrust bearings and diaphragm but I didn’t have the fly wheel skimmed
I drive my 94 wrx quite hard and have noticed that in 5th gear the clutch appears to be slipping a bit
Would it be possible to change just the plate and the thrust bearing or would I need to change every thing again
I have noticed that when under boost in 5th gear if I dip the clutch a little it bites back and doesn’t slip and rev up as I would image I would
