WHY LOW BOOST THEN OVERBOOST?

Default WHY LOW BOOST THEN OVERBOOST?

Why do i get 0.6psi max one minute then get overboost next minute , then only get 10psi and 8 psi then 17psi ? boost solenoid ?????

try taking it off give it a clean out this sorted mine out
it only takes a few mins

have done that and cleaned maf and changed all vacumn pipes , checked oil level , changed plugs checked coils all ok

try changing the valve swap it with a mate see what happens,do you know if it is a 2 way or a 3 valve

Does the car actually feel like you're getting these sort of boost changes? If not, and boost feels reasonable, check your gauge fitting - make sure you're using "boost" pressure pipework.
