surging off boost
Right guys heres the story,
97 classic with around 330bhp and all supporting mods incuding power FC & AVCR.
Decided to fit a samco air box hose ( replacing the black flexi hose between MAF and black intake to turbo
The original black hose has a hole in the bottom with a feed from a 'T' between map sensor and manifold. As the samco has no hole i have removed this pipe and the 'T' piece.
After fitting this i have a bad surging problem when not on boost making it a pain to drive around town.
Have i done something wrong?
do you think the ECU would need a tweek to compensate?
