Default which way, boost solinoid

hi,

done loads of serching and can only find 3 port info,

can some on tell me which port on the 2 port solinoid does the turbo/actuator pipe fit onto i.e top or bottom

i dont think it matters, could be wrong though,

why do you need to know, ae you fitting a new one? if so could you not just copy the way the current one is plumbed in?
seriously I don't think it matters with a 2 port, its just open and shut, so either way round it will still do the job, either air can pass through or it can't!

right cheers mate, im just returning the car back to standard, took the 3port of the car replaced all the t piece ect..

thanks ill drive it and see...

The important thing is to get the restrictor in the right part of the tee between the compressor outlet and the actuator input. Which varies depending on whether you've an early or late classic.

As you say, you'll soon know once you drive it.
