Could be a number of things causing this inc worn discs or pistons sticking in calipers. I am guessing it has 4 pots as is MY99. Brakes need to be examined to identify cause and rectify it, then replace whatever is unevenly worn.

I had this on a 98 with 4 pots. I had fitted new uprated pads with existing part worn discs (which appearred ok at the time) and they were fine to begin with, but started wearing unevenly after a few thousand miles. I had to replace the discs and pads to sort it. If you don't know anything about brakes then take it to someone who does.
