Hi guys, i know most people make their own shield for their induction kits, however i was wondering what kind of effect this type of shield would have:

because it wraps completely around the filter will there be a difference?.....

I doubt that one that only wraps around the filter would do a lot to be honest, here's mine....


I've not tested intake temps, but after a decent run, when i open the bonnet the filter is definately cooler than it used to be.......
