Default metalic rattle

can one help car has been doing for the past couple of weeks and seems to be getting worse. when the car comes onto boost about 2-4000 rpm there is a mettalic rattle from the engine . but doesn't do it at stand still and reving.
also noticed while having a sprint on the motorway today when in top from 80mph and floor it , it seems to start to go then hold , then pick up again and again hold . i suspect the turbo do you think im lookig in the right area. the cars an 1994 wrx type ra cheers

the sounds ur hearing mate will prob be ur turbo heatsheild mine did it.

Does anyone know a cure to stop the turbo heatshield rattling?

Are they normally just bolted down, because i can see an empty hole which i think should be filled by a bolt thus causing it to vibrate.

yer they just bolted on around the turbo some are tricky to get to.take it off would be my answer.
