Cambelt Pulley Squeaking Urgent Reply needed
I have squeaking coming from my engine bay. I think its one of the cambelt pulleys. Is this anything to worry about? Can I spray abit of WD40 to get rid or is that not a good idea in case I get it on the belt.
Any advice appreciated

Are you sure its not from the aircon/alternator/crank pulley belts. These are far more likely to squeek than the cam belt. If it is in the cam belt area its probably an idler pulley bearing or tensioner bearing
Squirt the outer belts first and see. I personally would not put anything on my cambelt.

If anything is not right in the cam drive area wether its belts, sprockets, tensioner, idler bearings etc.. you would be advised to get it sorted simply because the cost of one failing will make your eyes water.
Dont panic though, give the outer belts a good WD40 first and see what happens.
