I know the fuel pump on scoobys can be loud, but my car (after being parked up over night) makes a quite loud, Groaning Sound well is the nearest I can call it, as the pump starts up. I can hear the whine of the pump as the ignition is switched on and the strange noise. After a second or two they both stop, and the car always starts and runs ok. Is this normal for a 95 Uk turbo?
