Hello all,

I noticed last night that my 1996 Impreza Wagon (turbo) has developed a ‘rattle’ for want of a better word. It only happens from 2000 to 3500rpm…it happens whether the car is stationary, moving, in gear or out of gear…I hoping it is only a guard or something… but it is quite loud......I know it is not the exhaust shield because I have already sorted that.

It seems to be coming from ‘behind’ the engine….does anyone know of any know faults in that area?

I'm going to put her on the ramps when I get home..just looking for some pointers...
