hi all.

on my99 sti the abs light has started to come on, sometimes when i turn the engine off and on, it goes away.

last time it done this i had a stuck piston (front) and then i replaced it with new seals etc, replaced the pads and dics.

any ideas on what else it could be? another stuck piston maybe?

 

Check your brake fluid level, the ABS light comes on when its low.

 

checked and its all good

 

funnily enough I had this happen on my old 99 was when the battery was giving up. changed the battery and it never happenned again. cant understand why though
