End float tolerances

Anyone know the acceptable end float on a new build. 0.25 max Ive been told?

If its Crank End float(Thrust Clearance) :
Standard, 0.030 - 0.115mm (0.0012 - 0.0045 in)
Limit, 0.25mm (0.0098 in)
