have just had new manifolds fitted and they are just touching the lip on front crossmember and causing vibration is this a common prob when changing headers on 01 sti bug jap model should i try bend lip down or is there another solution

 

This seems to be common with some manifolds, you can either bend of cut the lip away. From experience it seems to be cheap manifolds that touch and better quality manifolds that fit better.
